Ad-hoc cookery demonstrations are available in person or via Zoom. Events for charities, synagogues and corporate team-building events are all popular options, where groups and individuals are entertained by Silvia’s energetic and informative style of teaching. 

Lectures on Italian Jewish cuisine and its fascinating 2000-year-old history are also available to museums, universities, and cultural institutions.
